Because the free tier lets you test all features before purchase, paid plans are generally non-refundable once a license key is activated. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support with your purchase email and order reference within 14 days of the transaction.
Monthly and Annual subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel anytime from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not refund the current billing period — your Pro access continues until the period ends.
The Lifetime License is a one-time purchase. If you request a refund and it is granted, the associated serial number is revoked and Pro features stop working. Refunds for lifetime purchases are evaluated case by case — contact support with your purchase details.
